"As an Assistant Principal and as a mother of two young men, I am deeply committed to creating a school environment where students feel seen, supported and empowered," Mrs. Mingo said. "My goal is to build everlasting relationships with students, families, and staff, grounded in empathy, trust, and consistency. I strive to equip young adults with the knowledge, character and resilience necessary to navigate today’s complex society.
"Understanding both the challenges and the potential that today’s youth carry, I work daily to model and instill perseverance, so that every student learns to rise above obstacles and embrace growth. My passion for education is rooted not only in leadership, but in the same hopes I hold for my own children: that they become prepared, principled, and purpose-driven individuals."
