Enrollment
The online registration process is most easily completed using a computer. Completing this registration will take approximately 30-45 minutes. As a Google Form, it must be finished in one sitting. At this time, there is no option to save the information to return to later.
Before you begin the online registration, please be prepared to UPLOAD a clearly legible PDF of the following items:

Two proofs of address in the legal parent or guardian's name (electricity, water, cable, rent, mortgage, etc.)

Parent or legal guardian Picture ID (Driver's license can be used as one proof if address is correct)

Birth Certificate (Parent's name must be on birth certificate or court papers must be provided)

Social Security Card

Last Report Card (for incoming students that do not already attend an RPSB school).

Immunization Records
A student’s registration is not complete until all documents are provided. If you choose to fill out the registration online as opposed to in person, yet do not upload all proper documents, your registration will not be processed until all documents are received.
