Dress Code
All students are expected to adhere to the following dress code policy. ASH policy is aligned with the RPSB policy. Failure to comply will result in immediate disciplinary action.
School Shirts/Tops
- Purple, white, or black polos
- Only "ASH" spirit shirts or "ASH" pullovers/hoodies are permitted
- Other hoodies/pullovers will be confiscated and will require parental pickup
- Hoods, hats, beanies, rages, etc., are not allowed to be worn inside the building
Pants/Shorts/Bottoms
- Khaki or Navy shorts, pants, dresses, or skirts
- Belts are optional but pants/shorts must be worn at the waistline
- Shorts or Skirts must be worn NO more than 4 inches above the knee
Hair/Earrings/Face
- Hair should be kept neat and well groomed
- NO facial piercings; this includes nose, lip, brow, or cheeks
- Facial hair must be kept neat and clean
Shoes
- Slides, sandals, and Crocs are NEVER allowed
- Shoes must have fixed heel straps
Out of Uniform Policy
- NO sleeveless shirts, tank tops, or revealing blouses
- Attire must NOT promote or advertise tobacco, alcohol, or contain any vulgar or profane content
- Athletics pants or shorts are permitted as long as they are at proper length
- Girl's yoga pants must be worn with a shirt long enough to completely cover their backside
Jean Day Policy
- Any tears, rips, or shredded jeans must NOT reveal skin
- Students will receive a stamp as proof of purchase
- "Jean Day" is typically on Fridays or the last day of the school week
- This will be communicated to all students
- Failure to pay for jeans will result in disciplinary action
Student-Athletes
- "Game Day" or practice attire will be permitted ONLY if permission is granted by the coach/sponsor and approved by admin
- Attire MUST be uniformed if approved
- Athletic attire is NOT an option on "Jean Day"
